Comfortable

I have the red color and it is very bright and visible —in its new condition, anyways. It is comfortable to wear, with plenty of room for arm movements. Good life jacket

Very comfortable and fit quite well, read quite a lot of negative reviews about the pockets but this version 2.0 had large enough pockets for my iPhone 15 and case. Ultimately returned it to get the ev-eight, also from astral as it was amazingly breathable

Great whitewater/freestyle choice

This is great, high quality pdf, but be aware it is very whitewater specific.The fit and finish and materials are really high quality and it has one of the best weight-to-buoyancy ratios for a non-inflatable. tly and feels secure. But, for canoeing and flat water kayaking, you are probably better off with a more casual less streamlined design with more front organization and maybe a zippered front. This is an awesome pfd for whitewater but less practical for Algonquin or Temagami lakes. I bought the YTV 2.0 because it is very light and very buoyant for hiking + packrafting, but returned it because when I put it on, I realized it is less practical than I wanted for my activities. I am going to try an E-Ronny or a Ringo instead, even though they are slightly heavier and less buoyant than the YTV 2.0. Lire moins

So much room to move

The YTV contours to your body making it ideally snug even on people with larger chests, like myself. The minimal design really appeals to me because the more pockets on a PFD, the larger it looks and I really appreciate this one’s lack of bulk. It’s easy to slip on over my head, and adjusts like a dream. I got the M/L and it fit perfectly.

Best low-profile PFD.

This PFD has no bells and whistles, but is is comfortable and lightweight. Theonly downside is that you must put it on like a sweater since it has no buckles or front zipper. NOTE that the one I tried what not certified for Canada.
