Tilley quality

Great hat

Love this style of Tilley. The brim isn’t too big but it is big enough for sun protection. Very lightweight. I love the airflow feature. When I wear it I forget it’s on my head. Very comfortable.

This model is not longer made in Canada

Fantastic hat. I've worn it on 3 camping trips now and it rarely comes off. Paired with a big met, the wide brim keeps the net off of my face.

I've washed it once and it comes back into shape pretty quickly once you wear it a few times. The air vents at the top work pretty well and I never felt hot in it, even in 25c humid heat. The mesh ...Lire la suite

at the top is also a soft nylon type of fabric, not a hard plastic, like I was afraid it might have been based on the photos.

I'm deducting a star because there were a few loose threads in the hat when it arrived. I read a lot of reviews about how the Canadian made versions were impeccable in quality. But this one is made in China and I had to snip off some dangly threads. So I question if the durability is as strong as it used to be.

I also measured and ordered the size according to the Tilley sizing chart and I found it to be a bit too big. If I couldn't do it again, I'd go one size down. Lire moins
